Trish Walker, an executive coach, speaker and facilitator and who spent 30+ years at the Fortune 100 level

Fear is Temporary.
Regret is Permanent.

Helping leaders achieve Less Stress, More Success™

I am Trish, the founder of My Daily Dash.

My Daily Dash began with an act of kindness. During a time of deep grief—after losing my father, sister, and mother within a few short years—a friend shared The Dash poem with me. I read it at my mother’s burial, and that night, My Daily Dash was born.

From the darkness comes the light.

As a former Fortune 100 executive, I’ve led high-performing teams and developed a practical approach to achieving Less Stress, More Success™.

Over 30+ years in business, I was fortunate to learn from mentors who were truly life-changing. Their impact inspired me to pay it forward by mentoring others throughout my career. Helping people elevate their performance was always the most meaningful part of my role as an executive.

Today, that same passion drives my work as an executive coach and speaker, helping leaders achieve Less Stress, More Success™ while elevating performance where it matters most.

When I made the decision to move forward from the corporate chapter of my life after 30 years, I knew the next chapter would be centered on my life purpose to live and help others live a joyous and fulfilled life.

Through those years of executive leadership, I learned a simple truth: people thrive when they bring their unique strengths and passions to work.

What gets in the way? Stress. It disrupts how we think, decide and show up

My Daily Dash allows me to work in this magical intersection of my strengths and passions and my hope is that it helps you do that too. By blending experience with neuroscience and mindfulness, I help leaders bring their whole selves to work, so they can lead with Less Stress, More Success™. I can’t wait to see how we can work together!

“Trish has made one of the most difficult times of my life positive and productive -- no easy task.

With her coaching and guidance, I was able to clearly articulate my goals and dreams and map out specific actions to take (sometimes big things, sometimes baby steps) to gradually bring them to life. I couldn't be more grateful for Trish's patience, wisdom, humor and sensitivity.

This experience has been more impactful than conventional talk therapy. I was acutely aware that in order for this to be effective, I needed to be fully honest with myself in order to be fully honest with Trish.

I was very driven by external factors dictating my inner emotional state. I can absolutely say that I feel a much greater sense of peace and contentment in navigating this world.
